Lorimar, originally localized as Lorim, is a recurring location in the Mana series.
Final Fantasy Adventure and Adventures of Mana[]

Lorim is a Nordic castle town visited in the late game. It is under a curse of ice which cannot be lifted until Marilith is defeated.
Sword of Mana[]

Lorimar is the castle whose king sold out to a dark spirit, turning everyone except the King himself into ice statues. Even Professor Bomb is frozen, meaning the player can't leave the area without first defeating Malyris.
Secret of Mana[]
One of the "veedios" in Mandala Temple is a live news broadcast, covering Lorim(a) launching missiles at The Empire for threatening to take their capital by nightfall.
In the original SNES version, it was called "Lorima" and the capital was unnamed, but in the 2018 remake, it was changed to "Lorim" to match Adventures of Mana and the capital was identified as Wendel.
Legend of Mana[]
The Lorimar Iron material is an allusion to Lorimar from the Final Fantasy Adventure. It is one of the stronger materials available normally.

Dawn of Mana[]
Lorimar is the overseas kingdom ruled by Stroud. It is the birthplace of Keldric.
Lorimar serves as the main antagonist force with a goal of world domination.
